After our talk today — and the talks we’ve had in the past — I wanted to find a way to truly express how absolutely grateful I am to have you in my life. I had friends in Pittsburgh that I will forever cherish for being there when I needed them most, but I feel so lucky to say that I have a friend here who I will forever cherish for allowing me to be myself — which, really, was what I honestly needed the most.
You are a wonderful person, and I am so honored and blessed to have you as a part of my life. I’m myself here, in this city, and I am my happiest sitting on our shitty couch watching god awful television and yelling at the screen with you.
Seriously, though, that Holly bitch just needs to go, though, okay.

Today would have been my Uncle Bill’s birthday. Well, it technically still is, but he’s no longer around to celebrate it with us. It’s hard to believe that it’s almost been a full year since he passed away, and it makes everything that’s happened since he’s been gone seem so bittersweet.
I just hope he finally found his peace and tranquility, the two things he always said he wanted most in his “old age”.
